Mulberry - native red

  • very Mature Mulberry in image
  •   Young mulberry trees are excellent, low-maintenance permaculture additions,  thriving in full sun and various soils while acting as resilient,  fast-growing pioneer species. They require regular watering and mulching  for the first 2-3 years, and benefit from heavy compost application.  They are ideal for creating livestock fodder, attracting wildlife, and  providing high-antioxidant fruit
