 How to Plant & Grow

  • Planting: Plant root cuttings (2-6 inches) 1-2 inches deep in spring or fall, 2-3 feet apart.
  • Conditions: Prefers moist, well-drained soil but is hardy and adaptable.
  • Maintenance: Cut back regularly to encourage leafy growth and prevent flowering; roots can be aggressive if disturbed
